علی بابا سیریز کی یہ دوسری کہانی ہے۔ کہانی تصویری بیان کو پروان چڑھانے ایک واقعے کو دوسرے سے ہم آہنگ کرنے میں مدد دے گی۔ بچّہ اپنے بیان میں ربط و تسلسل پیدا کر سکے گا۔عموماً ہمارا رویہ ہوتا ہے کہ ہم جلد بازی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہیں اور پوری ہدایات سنے بغیر کام شروع کر دیتے ہیں ۔اس سے ہمیں کام میں مشکلات پیش آتی ہیں۔ اس کہانی کے ذریعے بچّوں کو بڑوں کی بات سننے، ہدایات سننے اور سمجھنے کی ترغیب دلا ئی گئی ہے۔ کہانی میں علی بابا کی ماں اسے والد کے لئے روٹی کا توشہ دان تھما تی ہے اس سے پہلے کہ وہ پوری بات کہے علی بابا باپ کے پیچھے دوڑ پڑتا ہے اور واپسی میں گھر کا راستہ بھول جاتا ہے ۔باقی کہانی کتاب کی پشت پر درج ہے۔

This is the second story in the Ali Baba series.
